the pool is small. it would be lovely. if the pool area could be a bit bigger.

the location is excellent near the metro station. burjuman mall is also next door, so that was convenient.
the shower was not working properly. the hot water only lasted a very short time before it cut off, then i had to turn it on again for another quick burst. the staff could not fix it, and that was disappointing

The location proved convenient. The metro station was very close. Connectivity was really spot on. I appreciated the pool on the roof. There was even a discreet lifeguard watching over us.
The windows in my room needed cleaning. They seemed dirty. The room was also small. I had to wait to get the room even when I reached at the ideal check in time.

i was impressed with the hotel's location. it is just a short walk to the metro station and close to burjuman mall, very convenient for shopping. the building looks modern! the rooms are clean and cozy. russian-speaking staff simplified communication. the restaurant offered delicious european cuisine!
i found a slight problem, one of the pillows had a faint unpleasant smell, though it was quickly resolved.
